The Juniata Valley Hornets crushed the visiting Claysburg-Kimmel Bulldogs basketball squad by a margin of 73-39 in Thursday's league test.
The Hornets (13-3) will now prepare for their test against Fort Hill (Cumberland, MD). The Sentinels go into the non-league test with a 6-7 record. In their last test, Fort Hill walloped Allegany (Cumberland, MD), 53-49, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 6-9 record. They play next when they host Williamsburg for a Inter County test on Monday, January 30. Claysburg-Kimmel will encounter a Blue Pirates squad coming off a 78-24 league loss to Bellwood-Antis (Bellwood, PA). The Blue Pirates record now stands at 9-5.
